DG系列干法制粒机

干法制粒机时利用物料本身的结晶水,依靠机械挤压原理,直接对原料粉末不加粘合剂及水进行压片成型—>压片成型—>片状物粗碎—>造粒成型为一体的制粒设备。制成不规则状颗粒,完成从粉体至颗粒的物理变化过程。干法制粒机具有工艺简单、生产批量大、易于清洁维护等特点。广泛用于医药、食品、化工等行业。
干法制粒机主要分为制粒装置和动力装置,两部分在空间上完全隔离。制粒装置又主要分为10个模块:1.水平喂料系统2.螺杆进料系统3.辊压系统,压辊4.预防系统5.破碎系统6.取样口7.两级筛分制粒系统8.取样口9.颗粒出口10.机架。

DG系列干法制粒机—设备特点
1.整机悬臂式设计,具有观察方便、便于清理的特点。将加工区与动力传动区完全隔离且外形整洁,拆装清洗简便,实现了从粉体到颗粒的洁净密闭式生产。
2.压片传动结构采用油封、硅胶压辊专用密封空气隔离(漏轴结构)密封,有效做到传动部分与工作部分的安全隔离,且拆装、保养、更换便捷。
3.采用双螺杆送料,在送料末端有真空脱气装置,供料均匀且密实,提高成片强度的均匀性及成品率。
水冷式压辊,进出口结构为内置式,试物料在挤压过程时不会升温,影响物料性能。
 4采用PLC触屏智能化控制,一键启动,一键停止,可靠性高,操作简单。压轮间隙可调,传感器有效监控油压间隙距离等参数
5可选配置压轮水冷却系统、除尘回收系统 、震动分筛功能
压轮分为网纹,直纹,光轮三种适应不同物料。
6系统结构设计合理,人机界面安全、可靠、快捷、工艺流程配比合理,生产运行可靠。整机全不锈钢制作,接触物料部分可为316材质,符合GMP和FDA要求。
